Returns & exchanges

If something doesn't fit, you can request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery. The piece must be unworn, unwashed and have its tags attached. Exchanges depend on stock - handmade pieces are made in small batches.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video. We will replace it or issue a full refund.

Approved refunds for prepaid orders go back to the original payment method within 5-7 working days. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer or UPI.

Small variations in stitch, print alignment and colour are a natural part of handmade textiles and are not considered defects.
