Privacy policy

Nira ("we") collects your name, mobile number, email (if given) and delivery address to process and deliver your orders, send order updates on WhatsApp and SMS, and provide customer support.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

We share your delivery details only with our courier partners to deliver your order, and with service providers who help us run the store (hosting, messaging, payments), under contracts that protect your data.

We do not sell your personal data. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to contact-us@nirafashion.in. We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax law requires.

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your bag, and analytics tools to understand how the site is used.
